Hospital Amenities
Whether you are waiting for a patient in day surgery or are visiting an inpatient, Emerson Hospital has several conveniences to make your visit more pleasurable and comfortable. The Gift Shop, ATM and North Bridge Café are all located on the second level, near the hospital’s main entrance, which is actually the street level as you enter the building.
Gift Shop at Emerson
Emerson Hospital’s Gift Shop is filled with beautiful gift items (including Willow Tree, Camille Beckman and Vera Bradley products), accessories, plush toys, baby gifts and fresh flowers. The shop also has a large selection of women’s clothing and accessories, including jackets, sweaters, gloves, scarves and bags.
A large flower cooler is filled to the brim with cheerful arrangements, dish gardens, plants and bud vases provided by Churchill Flowers Design Studio of Concord. Special floral orders are also available by calling the Gift Shop.
Our large card and stationery department has a card for every occasion, including holidays, get well, birthday and baby. Magazines, books, balloons, candy/snacks and toiletries are also available to cheer patients and staff.
Our Gift Shop is conveniently open weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays. Depending on volunteer availability, the shop may extend its hours to 8:00 pm on weekdays and 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays. Our shop is completely staffed by volunteers who enjoy helping you with your shopping needs.
Gift-wrapping is free. Phone orders are welcome and we are happy to deliver gifts and flowers to patients and staff within the hospital. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Gift cards are also available for sale in any dollar amount you wish to purchase.
If you have questions about Emerson Hospital’s Gift Shop, or wish to purchase a gift or send flowers, please call 978-369-1400 and ask for the Gift Shop. Proceeds from the Gift Shop support vital programs such as the Pediatric Intervention Team, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Bethke Cancer Center.
ATM
A Bank of America ATM machine is located diagonally across the hall from the Gift Shop.
North Bridge Café
The North Bridge Café is open from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm daily. The options are bountiful: from soup to salad bar to a grilled or hot entrée option.
Chaplain/Pastoral Care
A chaplain is available to visit with any patient. If your family member or friend would like a visit by a chaplain, please ask your nurse or patient representative. The chapel is open 24x7 and is located on the third floor of the hospital.
Internet
Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the hospital including all waiting areas, North Bridge Café and patient rooms.
