FactsEmerson Hospital has more than 525 adult and student volunteers representing 38 towns – more volunteers per bed than any other hospital in Massachusetts. In 2007, volunteers gave 74,681 hours of service to the hospital. Emerson’s 150 student volunteers alone contributed 12,571 hours of service. |
