Compassionate, caring center saved my life
I was diagnosed with Synovial Cell Sarcoma in November
of 2002. My Mom passed away of cancer a month later, and within the
next month, I found myself at Emerson for radiation. I won't ever
forget how compassionate, caring, and so totally for the patient that
this center is...right down to the snacks! I have four children,
and back then, my youngest was only four, and he was so mesmerized by the
cookies that he wanted me to make that ride every day for
radiation. The fact that your facility was able to offer such a humane "offering" was what saved my life through my child. I wasn't
going to go back because I had given up, but through my son for the "snacks" I had to keep going. Thank you all.
