Pediatric intervention team program is a great tool
Emma had eye surgery yesterday, and we would like to
thank the entire surgical day care group and especially Mallory for the
wonderful care they gave her.
The care and attention given to us made us feel as though Emma was their only
patient.
Any concerns we had were quickly taken care of. We knew that Emma was in
good hands during her entire experience.
Also, the preop information that Kay shared with Emma was invaluable. It is a testament to your program that Emma, at only 5 years old, was able to understand what was going to happen and be accepting of the whole procedure. The pediatric intervention team program is a great tool.
Thank you once again to all who spent time with us. They are a special
group of people.
