3/1/12: Emerson Hospital Presents Diane MacQueston of Endoscopy Treatment Center with MVP Award

Emerson Hospital recently presented Diane MacQueston, senior secretary in the Endoscopy Treatment Center, with its “Most Valuable People” award. The award is part of Emerson’s reward and recognition program, which honors staff for superior job performance.

In the nomination, gastroenterologist Mark P. Epstein, MD and the Endoscopy Treatment Center nursing staff praised MacQueston’s professionalism, communication skills and ability to keep the high-volume unit running efficiently through close collaboration with physicians, nurses, allied medical personnel and patients.

They wrote, “We witness her welcoming anxious patients to the unit on a daily basis. She puts them at ease with her calm and gentle personality. She is a true asset to our unit and hospital.”

MacQueston lives in Chelmsford.
