Flu & You
The flu refers to illnesses caused by a number of different influenza viruses. Two strains of flu, seasonal flu and H1N1, are currently circulating the US. While most healthy people recover from the flu without problems, you may experience a range of symptoms and certain people are at high risk for serious complications.
