Directions

We are located a short drive off of route 2 (Concord Turnpike) in West Concord, Massachusetts. From the east, continue past the main Emerson Hospital campus and turn right onto the Elm St./Baker Ave Ext. exit. Make a quick left onto Elm Street and then an immediate left in order to cross route 2 at the traffic signal. From points west, make a right at the Elm St./Baker Ave Ext. exit, which is at the first traffic signal after the rotary.

Follow Baker Avenue Extension up the slight rise to the top of the hill. Turn left into the 54 Baker Ave Ext. office building parking lot. The building is called the Emerson Hospital Center for Specialty Care.

Proceed through the main entrance and take a right after the stairs. The entrance to suite 101 will be directly in front of you.

Parking and Accessibility

You may park in any of the spaces in front of the building. The office is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible.
