Now that I am recovered from my knee surgery, I wanted you to know how much I appreciate Emerson, the staff and the treatment I received. The experience was exceptional from pre-registration until discharge and includes the services I am currently receiving from Emerson Home Care. Pre-registration was fast and easy. Pre-op was terrific in planning for my special circumstances. My surgeon, Dr. John McInnis, is brilliant and my knee is a work of art. There is no superlative great enough for me to describe my care from the Short-term Rehabilitation team. The staff is always cheerful and encouraging. My physical therapy deserves a gold medal; and the occupational therapists invented new plans for me that met my needs. For all these many things, I am grateful to have Emerson and its wonderful staff caring for me. It is a comfort to know that such a well-run facility is available to my family and I.
