Lund Community Health Library
The library offers a variety of resources including medical journals, textbooks, pamphlets, health newsletter and online access. The library also provides information on various complementary therapies.
The library offers online access to resources from the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute and a wealth of other approved websites devoted to public information on specific diseases and health conditions.
In addition to the Emerson Hospital medical librarian, the Lund Community Health Library has a team of experienced and dedicated volunteers to help utilize the available resources.
The library is located at Emerson Hospital on the second floor of the John Cuming Building, adjacent to the Bethke Cancer Center. The library is open to all members of the community Monday through Friday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, or by appointment. Visitors who are interested in doing research on a subject are encouraged to schedule a time to meet with the librarian for in-depth assistance.
