The Emerson Health Care Foundation, Inc., a separately incorporated not-for-profit tax exempt organization, raises philanthropic resources to support Emerson Hospital in fulfilling its mission to make high quality health care more accessible to those who live and work in its service area. The Foundation is governed by a 25-member Board of Directors and has four full-time staff members.
