How to Get the Most Out of Your Visit to the Emergency Department
- Be ready to list your allergies.
- Please bring your medicine(s) or a list or your medicine(s).
- Make sure we have your current address, telephone number, and insurance information.
- Make sure you let us know the name of your primary care doctor and any specialists you see that you think may be related to the reason for your visit.
- If you are pregnant, please tell us and tell us the name of your obstetrician.
- Please ask questions if you are uncertain or confused.
- Please let us know how we can make your experience better.
If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, please ask your nurse or physician. If they are not readily available, any other staff member will be willing to help you in any way possible.
