Emerson Hospital’s oral and maxillofacial surgeons treat conditions of the mouth, jaw and face. Because they are trained in medicine and dentistry, they perform surgery ranging from dental implants to complex craniofacial procedures. As a result, patients may be referred to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon by their primary care physician or their dentist. Emerson’s oral and maxillofacial surgeons offer treatment for the following conditions:
