How to Register
Patients may call to pre-register for tests or appointments at Emerson Hospital in Concord or Emerson Hospital Health Center in Westford. Please have your social security number and insurance card(s) ready when registering.
If you do not register by telephone, you need to visit Emerson's registration department in person 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
