Follow Route 2 West to Concord. Route 2 takes a sharp turn to the left at the intersection of Route 2A (at the bottom of the hill). Stay on Route 2 past two more intersections, Walden Pond/Route 126 and Sudbury Road. Your next left is Emerson Hospital.

Follow 110 past the Nashoba Valley Technical High School
Go through lights staying on 110

Take Route 2 East, past the Concord Rotary. At the second set of lights (the first set is blinking), take a right onto Baker Avenue Extension. Follow the road about ¼ mile and the Center for Specialty Care will be located on your left, almost at the top of the hill.
From the East:
Take Route 2 West and turn left onto Rt 62 W (Main Street). Rt 62 W is located at the light after Emerson Hospital. Take your second right onto Baker Ave. Follow Baker Ave to the end (about ¼ mile) and take a left onto Baker Avenue Extension. 54 Baker Avenue Extension is the second right.
