Parking is available in the parking garage located near the main entrance to the hospital and in the lower lot adjacent to Route 2 on your right.

Where to park
Parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Parking for patients and visitors of the hospital and the White House is available in the garage. John Cuming medical office building patients and Community Agency Building patrons should park in the open lower Lot D. Emergency department patients and families may temporarily park next to the emergency department when space is available. Radiation therapy patients park in Lot C.
Our campus is patrolled by the Concord police department and we request that you park only in designated areas. You may receive a ticket or be towed if your vehicle is parked in a fire lane, in an emergency vehicle access area, or in a handicapped parking spot without the appropriate plate or placard. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
Handicapped parking
Parking for vehicles exhibiting a handicapped parking Registry of Motor Vehicles plate/placard is available at the Birthing Lot, Lot D, and, the Garage.
Valet parking
Valet parking is available at the John Cuming medical office buidling circle and is a flat rate of $5.00 per visit. Hours of operation are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Fees are the same for the garage, the open lower Lot D, and for handicapped and non-handicapped spaces.
$3.50 = 0 - 1 hour
$5.00 = 1 - 2 hours
$6.00 = 2 - 3 hours
$7.00 = 3 - 24 hours
Parking discounts
• Free or reduced fee on day of your appointment:
Free parking is provided for patients visiting their doctors in the John Cuming Building. Your doctor’s office will stamp your parking ticket.
Some repeat visit outpatient services such as, rehabilitation services, cardiac rehabilitation, infusion clinic, blood donor, anti-coagulation clinic, addiction services, psychiatric day services, diabetes services, Parkinson support, Smart Recovery, AA, and Community Agency programs can receive discounted daily parking only on the day of their appointment by having that service stamp their parking ticket.
• Same day return visits: If you are leaving the hospital and will return later the same day, ask the cashier for a receipt as you exit. With a receipt, the maximum amount you will pay in total for any one day is $7.00. Save your daily receipts to apply them to a weekly discount if necessary.
• Weekly & monthly visits: Weekly and multi-weekly parking discounts are provided for patients and visitors. A 34% discount is provided at $30.00 per week instead of the maximum daily rate of $49.00. Special arrangements can be made for periods of a month or more. Contact the parking manager at 978-287-3009 or in the parking office on the first level of the garage to receive this discount.
