Home Care
The dietitians at Emerson Hospital work closely with the Emerson Home Care nurses to identify any patients in need of nutrition intervention. Nutrition evaluations are conducted by dietitians over the telephone, and/or with family members, or during home visits. Appropriate education and recommendations for improving the patient’s nutritional status are provided.
