The next session will take place on Thursday, March 15 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Mayra Seyfarth, MS, RD, LDN, Clinical Nutrition Manager at Emerson Hospital, will give a talk entitled: Eat Well, Breathe Better. She will discuss the importance of good nutrition to help people with lung disease breathe easier. The program will be held at the Emerson Hospital Cheney B conference room, located near the main lobby of the hospital at 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner in Concord. The event is free and open to the public.

The Better Breathers Club is open to anyone who is living with lung disease and their family and friends. Lectures will continue on the third Thursday of the month from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Emerson Hospital.
