Emerson’s new Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body features three beautiful, modern studios and a classroom with all-natural bamboo flooring for comfort and durability, private therapy rooms and modern locker rooms with convenient changing areas.
The 6,200 square foot center represents Emerson Hospital’s ongoing commitment to preventive care for people who live in the greater Concord community. It was designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, infants through seniors. The center offers classes for people of many different ages and fitness levels to help them get in shape, decrease stress, learn new skills, maintain or improve their health, and reduce loneliness that can be common, especially with seniors.
With over 100 wellness classes available each semester, all taught by accredited, experienced instructors, Patti Salvatore, Center Director, helps participants select classes to meet their health goals. The Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body is located about one mile from Emerson Hospital, at 310 Baker Avenue, Concord, near the Marriott Residence Inn off of Route 2. Free parking is available.
