Ms. Dugan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s in occupational therapy and is a certified hand therapist. She has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings, focusing on hand therapy since 2000. Ms. Dugan is published and has lectured on healthy computer use for computer science educators and students. In addition, she has lectured on thoracic outlet syndrome and arthritis.
