Scoliosis Group Exercise Classes

For teens and adults with scoliosis, Emerson offers periodic virtual group exercise classes. Join your peers online for a fun and upbeat exercise class that focuses on posture and spinal stabilization, core strength, and a continuation of Schroth exercises.

Teen Scoliosis Group Classes

• WHEN: 5-6 p.m. on Thursdays beginning August 10 through August 31, 2023
• COST: $80
• WHO: This class is open to teens who are scheduled to start Schroth, currently being treated for one-on-one Schroth physical therapy at Emerson, or have completed a Schroth program in the past.
• LOCATION: Online via Zoom (Link will be emailed to registrants after they register)
