Support Programs

Take advantage of an extensive roster of support services and groups designed to augment the medical care Emerson provides. Services range from physical therapy and home care, to support groups for patients and families with specific health conditions.
 

Health Screenings & Events

You can participate in a wide range of hospital-sponsored events including lectures, community health fairs, health screenings and more — many low-cost or free, and all locally accessible
 

Youth Risk Behavior Survey

This Emerson-sponsored biennial survey of public school students provides insight on timely topics, and helps health coordinators and school administrators set school health and health promotion goals  
 

Community Needs Assessment

Emerson Hospital has undertaken a Community Health Needs Assessment to better understand and address the health needs of the Emerson Hospital community.
 

Community Health Benefits Advisory Group

The Emerson Hospital Community Benefits Advisory Group is an advisory committee to the Board of Directors. It assists the Board in overseeing the organization’s responsibilities to the communities it serves.

Seven Steps to Managing Your Memory – May 22 4/25/2019

Join Emerson Hospital’s Care Management team for a free educational program about dementia for families and caregivers on Wednesday, May 22 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Emerson Hospital, Cheney Conference Room, 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA. Andrew E. Budson, MD, Professor of Neurology at Boston University and Chief of Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology at the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System, will provide real-world advice about how to know when memory is normal and how to understand what memory impairment means. Emerson Hospital Hosts Family Health and Wellness Expo on May 4 in Concord4/8/2019

Join us at Emerson Hospital’s annual Family Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, May 4, at our main campus in Concord. The Expo will feature free health screenings, conversations with health and wellness experts, reiki, chair massage, face painting and more.  

Emerson Hospital's 5k Run~Walk for Cancer 4/26/2019

Register now for Emerson Hospital’s 5k Run ~ Walk for Cancer, and save $5. Advance registration is available through May 10th.  Walk-in registrations the morning of the event are also welcome!
