Experience

Mrs. Kim received her Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She completed her continuing education certifications in pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association Women’s Health Section and the Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute. She has experience in the outpatient setting with special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, women's pelvic health and prenatal and postpartum exercise. Her interest and passion for exercise and running spans beyond her work at Emerson Hospital. Mrs. Kim is a 2014 Boston Marathon finisher and has experience as a group fitness instructor teaching barre and boot-camp style classes. She has a commitment to helping her patients achieve their highest goals in exercise, pain prevention and improve their ability to perform daily activities.
