A personalized, comprehensive support program

We create a personalized support program that addresses your physical, nutritional and emotional needs. Each member of our team is committed to your success and you will receive a consistently high level of care before, during and after your surgery. Plus, you will have access to:

Monthly support groups — This open forum provides information and support both before and after surgery. Groups are not mandatory, but many patients find them extremely helpful.

Psychological evaluation and counseling — You will receive a comprehensive evaluation and individual treatment sessions to help you make an informed decision about surgery and prepare for the lifestyle changes you’ll be making.

Dietitian and physician assistant meetings/evaluations — You will learn what you can expect during each phase of the process, and get help planning your diet from experienced professionals.

Follow-up care and support — Our program is designed to give you the one-on-one care you need throughout your journey.
