Emerson Hospital Offers Kickboxing Classes this Spring for Adults, Children and Teens


The Emerson Wellness Center for Mind and Body is offering a variety of kickboxing classes starting the week of April 24. Kickboxing teaches people self-defense, confidence and discipline in a fun, safe environment.  Benefits of kickboxing include increased flexibility, coordination, strength and concentration.

Classes available include Family & Me Kickboxing, Kids Cardio Kickboxing for children ages 7 – 10, Middle School Kickboxing, Teen Kickboxing, and Mother & Daughter Kickboxing. The classes meet at convenient times including weekends and after school. Participants will meet at the Emerson Wellness Center for Mind and Body, located at 310 Baker Avenue in Concord, near the new Residence Inn hotel. Free parking is available in the office park. The cost is $108 for six-week sessions and there are drop-in options.
