Clough Sports Medicine & Performance offers strength training services that can be customized to your specific needs. We can work with you to develop a program to carry out on your own or in our gym under the supervision of our coaches. Whether you are an elite athlete or weekend warrior, our highly-specialized staff will help athletes of all abilities perform at their very best.

Strength and conditioning sessions are conducted by our licensed athletic trainers and strength coaches with the goal to:

  • Improve strength
  • Improve speed, power, and agility
  • Improve endurance and conditioning
  • Reinforce rehab gains and reduce the risk of future injury

  • Single Session (30 minutes) — $60
  • Single Session (60 minutes) — $100
  • Strength and Conditioning (One Phase, 2 Sessions/Week) — $200
  • Strength and Conditioning (One Phase, 3 Sessions/Week) — $300
  • Strength and Conditioning (One Phase, 2 Participants, 2 Sessions/Week) — $300
