Current Fellows

 

Ed Kim (Fellow 2020 – 2021) is a Master of Health Administration candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University (CAHME accredited) with a prospective graduation date of May 2021. While completing his graduate degree at VCU, Ed was treasurer and an executive committee member for the MHA Class of 2021. In addition, Ed worked for Virginia Commonwealth University Health System’s Division of Oncology, Hematology, and Palliative Care and volunteered with the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System’s Virginia Treatment Center for Children. Ed received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech University and completed post-baccalaureate work in healthcare administration at George Mason University.

Nick Lawton (Fellow 2019 – 2020) is currently a third-year student in the Master in Health Administration Program at Virginia Commonwealth University (CAHME accredited) with an anticipated graduation in May 2020. While completing his graduate degree at VCU, Nick was parliamentarian and an executive committee member for the MHA class of 2020. Additionally, Nick served as a student intern for the office of clinical effectiveness for the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Nick received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, a law degree from the University of Georgia, and his LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.

Mike Tracy (Fellow 2019 – 2020) is a current third-year Master of Health Administration candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University (CAHME accredited) with a prospective graduation date of May 2020. Mike has been a member of the Emerson team since May 2018, initially serving as an intern before transitioning to a fellow upon completion of the didactic portion of his graduate degree in May 2019. Prior to attending VCU, Mike received his undergraduate degree from Boston College.

Conor Carroll (Fellow 2018 – 2019) is a graduate of the University of Scranton’s (CAHME accredited) accelerated Master of Health Administration Program. Conor served as the treasurer of the Health Administration Society while completing his graduate degree. Prior to his time at Emerson, Conor interned at the Regional Hospital of Scranton and Cooper University Hospital. Upon completion of his Emerson Administrative Fellowship, Conor accepted a role of manager in primary care service-line. Conor received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton.
