 The Auxiliary of Emerson Hospital is pleased to present its fourth annual EmerSong – an A Cappella Festival – to benefit Emerson Hospital’s Behavioral Health Services. The holiday season can be a stressful time for people who have experienced a significant loss. Care Dimensions and Emerson Hospital are hosting a workshop on Thursday, November 14 from 3:00 - 4:30 pm at Emerson Hospital’s Cheney Conference Room, 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, to discuss ways to cope with the holiday season.

Dr. Sidhartha Pani’s Paintings Now on Display at Emerson Medical at Sudbury through October

As part of its mission to keep the community healthy, Emerson Medical at Sudbury continues its art exhibit series to inspire wellness. The latest exhibit, “Out of Africa,” features paintings by Dr. Sidhartha Pani, Medical Director of Emerson Primary Care Associates of Sudbury. The series is based on his family’s experiences in Kenya and Tanzania, and the richness of wildlife in the Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro, Amboseli and Masai Mara.

Emerson’s Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body Hosts Open House

Emerson Hospital invites the community to an Open House of its Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body on Saturday, March 30 from 2 p.m. -5 p.m. at 310 Baker Avenue, Concord. A variety of free demonstrations and lectures on the latest wellness topics, including acupuncture, yoga, self-defense, muscular therapies, rolfing bodywork and tai chi will be offered. Participants who register for classes at the open house will receive a discount. Tours, raffles, giveaways and refreshments will be available.

The event benefits Emerson's comprehensive inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment services.
