Clough Sports Medicine & Performance offers personalized training that can be customized to your specific needs. Whether you are an elite athlete or weekend warrior, our highly-specialized sports therapists provide one-on-one training to help athletes of all abilities perform at their very best.

Our professionals are available to discuss injury recovery, create strength and conditioning routines, help you plan for an upcoming sports season, assess your readiness to get back to sports and so much more. After an initial evaluation, ongoing sports performance sessions can consist of supervised strength and conditioning exercises, hands-on treatments and training techniques.

Our therapists also work closely with our orthopedic specialists to continue recovery methods from injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system (muscles, joints and bones) such as:

  • Fractures
  • Dislocations
  • Sprains and strains
  • Shin splints
  • Repetitive use/overuse injuries

The private pay feature gives clients the freedom to see therapists as frequently or infrequently as they would like.
